We are a culinary services company providing five star restaurant taste, using quality homegrown ingredients and customized to your palate. In addition to personal cheffing and catering, we offer a variety of cooking classes to help bring out the chef in you. At350° proudly serves Houston and the surrounding area.

About Chef Faye

My journey began in 2006 with a two week visit to Atlanta, Georgia for the United Culinary Business Academy. The program was lacking, but enough to spark my business curiosity and soon after returning home to Houston, I launched Powers Culinary Creations. 13 years later, I am proud to say that Powers Culinary Creations has been a remarkable success. I've had the opportunity to serve some of Houston’s notable public figures, such as former mayors Lee Brown and Annise Parker, and provide personal cheffing services for more than 50 clients. I've catered for companies such as the Houston Public Library, JP Morgan Chase, KBR Halliburton, Avon, Goodwill, and Wells Fargo, with one event boasting 350 attendees. In 2016, I furthered my culinary education by acquiring my Associate's of Applied Science from Culinary Institute LeNotre, and began traveling abroad and expanding my cultural senses, starting with visits to Paris and Marseilles. 2019 should present new opportunities for me as I channel my energy into what hopefully is my 2nd successful startup: At350°.
