Terms And Conditions

- All orders require a non-refundable retainer due at the moment of booking in order to secure the agreed upon delivery date and time.

- The remaining balance must be paid before pick up/delivery date, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

- If customer fails to pay remaining balance by agreed date and time, order will automatically be cancelled.

- For large orders exceeding a certain amount, full payment is required.

- Retainer must be received by Invoice Due Date to avoid any additional fees.

- Because we have a set amount of order slots, we do not offer a refund once the order has been booked and retained received. If an order needs to be re-scheduled, we will try our best to accommodate the new date based on our availability and if request is made 5 days prior to agreed pick up/delivery date.
